Mental Health at Work

The main aim of our mental health training is to equip you with unbiased and evidence-based information about mental health, and how this can affect you and those around you.

Why should you invest in mental health at work training?

Recent research shows that poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year. This is a rise of 16% since 2016 – an extra £6 billion a year. It also finds that on average, for every £1 spent on supporting their people’s mental health, employers get £5 back on their investment in reduced presenteeism, absenteeism and staff turnover.

Encouraging conversations that educate and break the stigma around mental health creates organisation-wide culture change. Our courses will give you the knowledge to challenge and tackle stigma and discrimination and the confidence to support colleagues. We are here to support you in creating a happier and healthier workplace for you and your colleagues.
